My favorite sandwich place in Arizona!! I love getting the chicken z light every time with a side of potato salad. They have the best potato salad in Arizona, savory not sweet and oh so tasty!! I've tried other sandwiches but the chicken z light is by far my favorite. Breakfast burritos are also delicious. I drive 30-40 mins out of my way every time just to eat at this cafe. It's that good! Have never had any issues with service and food is always prepared in a timely manner. I like the tables and seating, not too many but you don't feel too crowded inside either.
This place is very unassuming in a strip mall. I would have never guessed to stop here had I not searched breakfast burrito and their menu popped up as a close by option. So glad that it did. I got the chipotle burrito for myself and the Irwin for my husband. All I can say for husband is I set it down, looked up and it was gone. He devoured it and said it was really good. For me, once I was able to eat (we ordered to go) I understood why his was gone so fast - it was delicious. Everything inside was flavorful and cooked perfectly. It was toasted on a panini press I believe. The price was beyond reasonable for the quality that you get. I know places that charge double and are half as good if not less than that. We'll definitely be back and ordering more breakfast burritos. Thank you!
Amazing experience. The food was delicious. So much protein in the salad and sandwiches that I tried. The pb&b shake is a must. Te service was super friendly. Highly recommend.
This place is great! My first time here the turkey and bacon sandwich was delicious i really recommend it. Good ambience will definitely come back. The service was excellent. The smoothies are delicious
Came for the first time to z cafe and can't really say enough other then you need to come and try it out for yourself. Great tasting food at an affordable price. Will be coming back again and again.

This has been my favorite lunch place for a fast, yummy, affordable sandwich since I first found it 4 years ago. Delicious sandwiches (I adore The Gabster), soups, sides, and lemonades. Folks working here are always pleasant and speedy. The place is clean, bright, efficient, and simple but comfortable for a quick bite to eat.
This place is great! I live in Glendale but work in the area from time to time and come here any time I have a chance. I always go for the sandwiches, specifically the chicken bacon ranch (cold menu) or the Dylan (hot sandwich) with the bow tie pasta! If you're in the area I highly recommended their sandwiches!
I have ordered from this place many times but every time I order the same sandwich: the Dylan. The reason being I enjoy it very much so I crave the same sandwich. I also enjoy their unique chipotle sauce that goes with it. It's so good. The sandwich size is definitely fulfilling.
It's been quite awhile since I've visited or ordered from Z Cafe, and I'm so sorry for this! Now after ordering a quick lunch today, I am reminded of why I have loved it here so much for so many years!!! The food is amazing and fresh and the service is always spot on! My 1/2 sandwich and Mediterranean salad today was just perfection and more than enough to fuel me up this afternoon - all for a reasonable price too. I'll be sure to stop by soon with a friend or two to share my gratitude and show some support to this local family owned biz for their wonderful service and delicious meal I had today!
